Make a difference as a Behavior Specialist
As a new Behavior Specialist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you can expect a rewarding and dynamic role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working directly with clients, implementing behavior plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Your schedule will be from 3 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm with specific days to be determined based on operational needs. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

Are you the Behavior Specialist we're looking for?
To excel as a Behavior Specialist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
You should possess the ability to build rapport with clients, demonstrate empathy, and effectively communicate with team members to provide collaborative care.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in implementing behavior plans are also key to success in this role.
Additionally, attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help you document progress accurately and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the treatment process.

Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED
- one (1) year post high school education in social work, psychology or a related field
- one (1) year of general work experience, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
