Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to drive our data center solutions marketing initiatives across North America.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the data center industry and experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
This role is pivotal in positioning our data center solutions in a competitive market and supporting our sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the North American data center market.
Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and sales goals.Lead Generation and Campaign Management :
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content) to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts.
Utilize tools and platforms for campaign management, monitoring, and reporting to optimize performance and ROI.Content Creation and Management :
Create compelling content that highlights the value proposition of our data center solutions, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and social media content.
Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistent and timely delivery of high-quality content across various channels.Market Research and Competitive Analysis :
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the data center industry.
Provide insights and recommendations to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.Brand Awareness and Thought Leadership :
Develop and execute initiatives to enhance brand visibility and establish the company as a thought leader in the data center space.
Coordinate with PR agencies and media outlets to secure coverage and opportunities for speaking engagements.Event Planning and Management :
Plan and manage participation in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.Coordinate logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-ups to maximize impact and engagement.
Digital Marketing and Social Media :
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.Leverage analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, driving continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Communication :
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.Budget Management and Reporting :
Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and key outcomes to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience :
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or data center solutions.Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of data center technologies, including colocation, cloud services, and managed hosting.Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.
