We're looking for a Product Manager to :

  • share responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as Product Manager of Contact Center Platforms in our agile pod
  • be responsible for creating impactful change to our clients through the delivery of new conversational voice response systems (IVRs), while ensuring compliance of the product with risk and security policies
  • deliver a comprehensive service capability over time through new digital solutions and enhancements to the existing platform
  • deeply understand the needs of internal and external clients, act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals
  • mitigate impediments to the team's goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod's ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients
  • motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being
  • define the set of necessary competencies in the pod, in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods.

You'll be joining the Contact Center agile pods chapter in Weehawken, NJ which is part of the Advisor Enablement Crew. The Contact Center pods are charged with building and continuously improving our contact center platforms supporting internal and external clients to promote self-service adoption, drive assisted channel efficiency and enable best-in-class experiences to drive revenue.

Your expertise

  • working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product manager role in a scrum team)
  • delivery complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry focusing on contact center products
  • knowledge of contact center service solutions and capabilities including voice response telephony systems, Genesys call routing platform, chatbots
  • understanding of Wealth Management and Banking products and services and associated client service journeys
  • contribute to setting outcome-focused goals such as OKRs (Objectives and Key results) as well as data driven decisions
  • team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
  • Ability to drive change and work with diverse teams
  • Confident decision maker, highly organized and detail oriented
