Production Supervisor
The production supervisor will assist the production manager with overseeing production associates and managing the daily workflow and assignments of the production team.

Job Responsibilities
- Attendance during scheduled work hours is an essential function of the job.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members to maintain a productive and positive work environment and meet with production associates regularly for performance discussions.
- Resolve issues related to scanning systems and time clocks, ensuring accurate timekeeping and production tracking.
- Approve or deny requests for time off based on production needs and company policies.
- Help with assembly as needed
- Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment and work on improvement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of performance and attendance.
- Ensure all processes and completed work are accurately recorded and properly documented.
- Ensure that employees comply with applicable company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to communicate.
- Able to fully view close and distant objects; able to measure specifications that are as small as a millimeter.
- Ability to assemble small parts (that may only measure a couple millimeters in length / width).
- Fingernails must be trimmed to a reasonable length to ensure ability of use when grabbing and adjusting parts.
- Maintain a stationary position for prolonged periods to complete tasks.
- Able to look down for extended periods of time.
- Able to repetitively push down and apply pressure on machine components or manual tools.
- Able to occasionally move up to 20 lbs.
- Able to use a computer to complete tasks.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and general hours of work are from Monday through Friday, 6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m. Weekday overtime will be scheduled as needed from 5 : 00 a.
m. 5 : 00 p.m. Saturday overtime may also be scheduled as needed. Any overtime scheduled is mandatory.
