This position is responsible for preparing and scanning documents for record retention.
Essential Functions
- Prepare documents for the imaging process
- Index scanned records and analyze for clarity and accuracy
- Determine the correct settings to ensure quality of each document
- Ensure completeness of files and research missing documents
- Prepare and organize documents to conform to quality control standards
