Position pay range : $13.70- $16.80

Shift : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Position Summary

This position is responsible for preparing and scanning documents for record retention.

Essential Functions

• Prepare documents for the imaging process
• Index scanned records and analyze for clarity and accuracy
• Determine the correct settings to ensure quality of each document
• Ensure completeness of files and research missing documents
• Prepare and organize documents to conform to quality control standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
