Architectural Project Manager - Cleveland, OH - Job 24-00690 Salary Range : $90K - $125K Permanent Position with Benefits.
A rapidly expanding multi-state architectural & engineering firm is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for their Cleveland office.
The Architectural Project Manager Initiates and manages projects from inception to completion. Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect in the state of Ohio
- TEN (10) years minimum industry experience.
- Experience working for an Architectural / Engineering Consultant or healthcare related firm is required.
- Healthcare Design experience is a plus.
- Must have good work planning, team facilitation and financial management skills.
- Experience / Knowledge with Revit.
- Strong knowledge of FGI, NFPA and ICC codes a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project) experienced Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
