Job Description :
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing various events.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about event coordination, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly and meet the high standards of our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue bookings, catering, and equipment setup.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure event requirements are met.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and on-site registration.
- Support the marketing team with promotional activities for events.
- Prepare post-event reports to analyze success and areas for improvement.
Skills Required :
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
