Primary Function

The office intern assists with FMK Leadership support and case management activities as determined and directed by the FMK Leadership Team.

Additionally, the Office Intern shall assist and work with the Community Outreach and Board Teams as well as outside vendors as required.

The Office Intern will be responsible for assisting the staff with general office duties including but not limited to : research, data entry, filing and general coordination, executive assistant functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in managing the flow of paperwork

Assist with case management

Assist with business development matters including marketing material preparation

Assist with manning the front desk / executive assistant tasks as needed, like answering the phone and making copies

Qualifications

Organizational skill and problem-solving ability; specifically ability to execute at a high level without excess supervision as a self-started

Respect for key details

Self-starter; High School Diploma

Ability to prioritize / execute to achieve accurately at a high level

Good communication skills

College Intern with a major in : Social Work, Business Management (Accounting or Marketing)

Good telephone etiquette, communication, and organizational skills

Desire to learn and grow professionally

General computer skills including MS Office and Google Suite
