About the Team : The Midwest Regional Team at College Board is a dynamic, high-energy team focused on expanding opportunities for students by partnering with educators in state departments of education, school districts, schools, and educational organizations.

About the Opportunity : As the Regional Vice President (RVP), you will be responsible for the vision and direction of the region, providing leadership and overseeing regional and state initiatives that enhance the visibility of the College Board.
Your responsibilities will contribute to the College Board's mission of preparing, inspiring, and connecting students to college, career, and opportunity.
In this role, you will :
- Provide Strategic Leadership (35%) : Lead and manage regional staff, prepare reports, establish policies, and collaborate with the Business Planning and Operations sub-team.
- Facilitate program delivery in K-12 or higher education, collaborating with other Vice Presidents and regional staff.
- Implement strategic sales plans and review market analyses to determine customer needs.
- Manage regional associational / governance relations, planning meetings and serving as a liaison between regional membership and the national office.
- Support special programs and initiatives to enhance the College Board's presence and responsiveness in the region.
Team Management & Coaching (45%) : Lead a performance-driven culture for all staff members, regularly monitoring and achieving ambitious annual goals.
