Job Title : Partner Development Director

Location : Embark on your journey remotely, transitioning to our vibrant Tampa FL Headquarters after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Utilize your extensive network and industry expertise to identify and engage with potential 1099 partner channels.
  • Skillfully negotiate and finalize partnership contracts that align with our strategic goals.
  • Guide new partners through a seamless onboarding process, acquainting them with the Payzli systems.
  • Provide unwavering support and insightful management to ensure partner success and optimal profitability.
  • Monitor partner performance meticulously, devising and implementing strategies to boost productivity.
  • Facilitate a seamless collaboration between partners and internal teams, ensuring a unified approach to achieving shared goals.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and partner channel best practices, positioning Payzli at the forefront of innovation.
  • Must have a large network of 1099 payment industry sales partners.

Compensation :

  • Base Salary : $75,000 per annum.
  • $5,000 Relocation Bonus
  • Profitability Sharing Bonus Structure on Payzli Net Revenue for all 1099 sales partners managed :
  • Remote Period (First 6 months) : Earn a 5% override on net revenue for all partner channels developed (Year 1), transitioning to 3% (Year 2) and 1.5% (Year 3).
  • Post-Relocation : Enhanced override structure of 6% (Year 1), 4% (Year 2), and 2.5% (Year 3) on net revenue, reflecting your integral role in our growth.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in partner development, sales, or a related field within the Payments Industry.
  • Extensive network of industry contacts and a history of leveraging relationships for business growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in managing contracts.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with a deep understanding of business dynamics.
  • Ready to hit the ground running from day one, driving results and fostering partnerships.
