Job Details
Responsibilities :
1. Design, develop, and implement control systems to improve production processes for our clients.
2. Utilize PLC Programming to optimize the functionality and efficiency of the control systems.
3. Manage and execute projects related to process control, ensuring all projects are completed within the set timeline and budget.
4. Use SCADA systems to monitor and control plant operations and processes.
5. Conduct regular system audits and troubleshooting to identify and rectify issues promptly.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project reports, system layouts, and operational manuals.
8. Ensure all control systems and processes comply with safety regulations and standards.
9. Provide technical support and training to operational staff on control systems and processes.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in process control engineering and introduce innovative solutions.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in process control engineering in a manufacturing, oil & gas, or civil construction environment.
3. Proficient in PLC Programming, SCADA systems, and Project Engineering.
4. Solid understanding of Industrial Control and Process Improvement techniques.
5. Proven experience in managing and executing engineering projects.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
10. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the industry.
