NATIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER

VISION : Established, North American real estate development company acquires, constructs, leases, and manages large commercial properties.

Commercial demand is very strong. Company is targeting high-growth and affluent metropolitan areas to build. Revenues are increasing over 100% year-over-year.

There are multiple real estate development projects (>

$250 million) scheduled for completion in 2024 and 2025, and 20+ projects in the pipeline (2026-2028).

OPPORTUNITY : The National Facilities Manager leads the proactive maintenance and management of the company's campuses. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-end properties across the country, ensuring their pristine condition and the utmost satisfaction of tenants.

This role will report to the SVP, Development. Be prepared to travel 50% to 75% of the time to various properties across the country.

• Property Management : Manage a diverse portfolio of high-end properties, ensuring they are proactively maintained, consistently safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Property Inspections : Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and improvement needs.
• Budget Management : Develop and manage property maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest standards.
• Vendor Management : Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to execute necessary repairs, renovations, and maintenance work.
• Compliance : Ensure properties are compliant with local and national regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular reports on property performance, budget adherence, and tenant satisfaction to senior management.
• Emergency Response : Be available for on-call emergencies and respond swiftly to resolve issues with the local operations staff at each campus.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborate with local operations staff at each location, leasing teams, and other colleagues to keep each campus functioning and looking like a high-end, full-service, luxury property.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Ownership mentality with desire to help build and grow the business.
• Able to prioritize while working with senior leadership and entire organization in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of property management and maintenance experience with a focus on high-end properties.
• National property management and maintenance experience is a significant plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Strong understanding of how the main building systems work (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), what is required to maintain them and how to troubleshoot most common issues.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to pass security background check.

COMPENSATION : Up to $140,000 in base salary, plus a discretionary annual cash bonus, and the ability to receive annual stock options.
