We are seeking a passionate and experienced Home Care Manager to lead our operations and foster a positive reputation in the community.
This full-time position includes an incentive program based on revenue growth and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Position Overview : The Home Care Manager will oversee the overall operations of our home care office, ensuring the efficient delivery of services.
This role involves managing staff, coordinating care, enforcing policies, and guaranteeing a positive client experience.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee a caseload of home care clients, including scheduling, coordinating services, and conducting ongoing home visits and reassessments.
- Manage client inquiries and maintain a structured sales process, following up on new referrals.
- Communicate with clients and their families to establish care plans and ensure all needs are met.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train a team of home care providers to deliver exceptional services.
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client care activities.
- Coordinate with community resources and healthcare professionals to enhance Griswold's brand awareness, attending meetings and connecting with potential referral sources.
- Collaborate with the Griswold TEAM and Managing Director to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance care quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care management or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision; must be a self-starter.
