Position Description
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER GROUP (B8) BUSINESS & FINANCIAL OPERATIONS DEPT (B86) PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT DIV (B861) of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Position Duties / Responsibilities
- You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
- You will evaluate work performance of subordinates
- You will advise, counsel, or instruct to employees on both work and administrative matters
- You will resolve complaints from employees, referring group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher-level supervisor or manager.
- You will identify developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training
