DJ Giancola Exports Inc. is hiring for a newly created position of "Logistics Coordinator" to work closely with the Logistics Manager.
Duties will include :
- Answering incoming calls from vendors and customers
- Must be proficient in email due to high levels of international emails to / from customers and vendors
- Sufficient knowledge of computer programs including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Background in transportation and logistics a plus
- Dispatch trucks out to factories for pick ups of equipment
- Following up with factories and providing details to customers
- Generating order files
- Must be punctual
- Work Hours are 8 am to 5 pm with an hour lunch.
