We are seeking an Application System Analyst to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Responsible for on-going support and maintenance of business, legal and financial applications
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve faults and errors in applications
- Build reporting and craft documentation for responsible applications
- Back-up and upgrade existing applications
- Analyze the need for new applications
- Responsible for implementation of new applications
- Collaborate on the integration of incoming attorney data and processing of departing attorney / client data
- Work collaboratively with other IT professionals, legal staff, and management to achieve organizational goals.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for system integration and improvement projects
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements
- Ensure that legal software systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive legal information
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience :
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum three years of experience
