Application Systems Analyst

With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 15 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel.

We are seeking an Application System Analyst to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Responsible for on-going support and maintenance of business, legal and financial applications
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve faults and errors in applications
• Build reporting and craft documentation for responsible applications
• Back-up and upgrade existing applications
• Analyze the need for new applications
• Responsible for implementation of new applications
• Collaborate on the integration of incoming attorney data and processing of departing attorney / client data
• Work collaboratively with other IT professionals, legal staff, and management to achieve organizational goals.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for system integration and improvement projects
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
• Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements
• Ensure that legal software systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive legal information
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience :

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum three years of experience

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
