SUMMARY
Classic Lincoln of Columbia is looking for a Hybrid Sales / Finance Manager to join our growing sales department.
You’ll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associates to ensure the business needs are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work directly with our dedicated Lincoln employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
- Created a memorable client experience with every client that enters to store.
- Occasionally attend offsite event for increased brand awareness.
- Manage the new and used vehicle inventory including dealer trades
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
- Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars
- Manage and oversee Internet Lead Process
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Have a minimum of 12 months F&I experience and 12 months of highend retail experience
- Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)

- Strong work ethic
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
