Key Responsibilities :

To implement, build, maintain and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Cadance skills.

Knowledge of the Epic Cadance EMR software, operations and workflow, and work closely with the project team's clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality.

Epic Cadance knowledge and should have prior experience in working with various interfaces and related integrations.

Work with clinics to identify gaps, provides mutually agreeable solutions to close workflow gaps.

Involves design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic integration application systems.

Works with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.

Troubleshoot the issues and provide solutions to the prevailing issues.

Basic Qualifications :

5+ years of work experience

Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Epic experience

Strong hands-on implementation experience in Cadence

Cadence Epic certification is must

Strong understanding of Cadence workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy

Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans scope and timelines

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of clients, team members, managers, and vendors.

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications :

Tapestry experience

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
