A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist III to manage the onboarding process for new team members.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Communicate preemployment requirements and monitor the completion of onboarding tasks
Conduct check-ins with new hires and maintain organized records of preemployment documents
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Two (2) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong analytical skills and a positive attitude
