We are is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to customers with inquiries about products, services, or orders.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, confirm orders, or gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's database.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Follow up on customer feedback to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Meet performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a strong work ethic.
