We have are seeking highly motivated anddetailoriented individuals to join our team as a Remote CruiseSpecialist. You will be responsible for helping our clients planand book travel arrangements including flights hotels and otheractivities.
No prior experience in the travel industry is required.We will provide you with the necessary training and support tosucceed in this role.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Assistclients in planning and booking cruises and the rest of theirtravel arrangements
- Provide recommendations ondestinations activities and accommodations based on clientspreferences and budget
- Book flights hotelsrental cars and other travel arrangements forclients
- Ensure all bookings are accurate andcomplete and provide clients with confirmation and itinerarydetails
- Respond to client inquiries andconcerns in a timely and professionalmanner
- Stay uptodate on travel trends deals andpromotions to provide the best possible service toclients
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and customer serviceskills
- Strong attention to detail and abilityto multitask
- Basic computer skills includingproficiency with Microsoft Office and webbasedapplications
- Ability to work independently andas part of a team
- Willingness to learn andadapt to new technologies and processes
- Must becomfortable working in a remote setting
