Adjunct faculty are a key component of the university community, enriching the curriculum with their professional experience and scholarly expertise.
They play a vital role in every department and program in every school and college at the university, teaching on campus, in our on-line programs, and working with students one-on-one.
Through ethical engagement, the SIS Department of Peace, Human Rights & Cultural Relations (PHRCR) seeks to eliminate violence , ranging from war and genocide to interpersonal and structural violence.
We work to achieve this essential goal through theoretical, policy-oriented, and ethical research and by educating our students in conflict resolution, human rights, international and intercultural communication, economic justice, and the role local, national, transnational, and international actors play.
