$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
- Interacts with our billing, sales and success teams to provide admin support
- Take direction from the office administrator to support the overall company growth
Qualifications :
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- Experience working with traditional office clerical tools like Microsoft 365, Quickbooks etc.
- Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly in support of a busy office
- Ready to learn new roles in a backup and support capacity
- Experience with billing or service management positions is a plus
