JOB TITLE : Private Networks Specialist DEPARTMENT : Solutions & Development REPORTS TO : Sr Director of Solutions & Development, Administration, and Ownership Pierson Wireless is a team of industry leaders transforming connectivity.

PRIVATE NETWORK SPECIALIST SUMMARY : As a Business Development lead in the private networks vertical, you will represent Pierson Wireless in a research and development (R&D), consultative role, and aligning solutions with customer needs.

You will develop solutions with fellow team members, identify and close new business, as well as manage and lead the upselling of existing accounts, perform sales and technical discussions with clients, and be part of the stages of communication initiatives, from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation.

A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential. PRIVATE NETWORK SPECIALIST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to develop solutions pertaining to private network solutions.
  • Support the creation of private network solutions for various opportunities.
  • Establish, build, and manage client relationships.
  • Interact with customers at the technical level, as required.
  • Remain current on relevant technical information by attending meetings, conferences, task forces, events, and trade shows.
  • Support and coordinate customer documentation (Presentations, RFP Responses, Quotes, Estimates, ROM, etc.)
  • Client presentations and preparation of proposals and documents.
  • Close sales.
  • Apply Pierson Wireless standard processes throughout the design and fulfillment of wireless solutions.
  • Perform a variety of activities and functions to support the company and help broaden your knowledge of the business.
  • Clocks in and out for activities throughout the day in Pierson Wireless' project management cloud solution.
  • Properly documents work performed in Pierson Wireless' project management cloud solution.
  • Operates company provided equipment and vehicles in a safe manner and follow all local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
  • Submits receipts and expense records.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

PRIVATE NETWORK SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Communications (or related field) from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of experience, certification(s), and education is preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in consultative sales with complex, high-technology solutions.
  • Experience in one of the following : Telecommunications, Networking, Wireless, Cellular, or Facilities industries.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Ability to remain organized to perform multiple tasks and a variety of duties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite / Google G-Suite or similar software.

PRIVATE NETWORK SPECIALIST TR AVEL REQUIREMENTS :

  • Travel will be required in this role to support customer meetings, onsite presentations, industry shows, etc.
  • The position may require up 50% travel and overnight lodging. Primary days of travel are Monday through Friday.
