Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Meet with clients to assess their insurance requirements and provide expert advice and recommendations.
Sales Generation : Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.
Policy Analysis : Review client policies and make necessary adjustments to ensure coverage aligns with clients' needs and expectations.
Claims Handling : Assist clients with the claims process, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
Customer Service : Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Requirement
- Must hold a valid Ohio insurance license or be willing to obtain one within the first month of employment.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are essential.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Maintain a high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all interactions.
