Senior Business Recruiter at Streamlit in Remote

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the candidate process from applicant, closure, and pre-hire onboarding.
- Develop strategies to find talent from underrepresented groups (we currently partner with OutInTech, TechLadies, and Valence).
- Be a strategic partner to hiring managers by managing the pipeline across passive and active talent pools.
- Be an ambassador for Streamlit's values and culture.
- Identify how we can improve our existing processes and tools.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams and partners (Sales, Success, Marketing, People Ops, Finance, and 3rd party recruitment agencies).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for Revenue functions (Sales, Marketing, etc.).
- Strong understanding of using an ATS or CRM (we use Greenhouse!).
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Gem, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- It would be awesome if you also had : Experience working at a recruitment agency and a passion for Python and Streamlit!
Salary Range
$80K $100K
