YouthBuild VISTA Goal :
T o increase the sustainability of the organization to allow more YouthBuild students to achieve a high school diploma or equivalency, advancing academically, succeeding in postsecondary education, and gaining employment.
The objective of VISTA Assignment :
To support the organization in executing a comprehensive rebranding strategy to increase visibility, enhance community engagement, and improve overall impact.
Tasks include :
- Assist in conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders, donors, and beneficiaries to evaluate current brand perception.
- Support the analysis of strengths and weaknesses in the current brand.
- Analyze your current brand's effectiveness, including visual identity, messaging, and overall impact.
- Help research target audiences and competitor brands.
- Develop detailed personas for your key audiences, including demographics, psychographics, and behavioral characteristics.
- Compile and organize stakeholder input on rebranding goals.
- Define rebrand goals and objectives.
- Aid in developing new brand positioning and messaging.
- Contribute to the creation of brand personality and values documentation.
- Assist in updating mission and vision statements.
- Collaborate with design team on logo concepts and color palette selection.
- Help develop brand guidelines document.
- Support the creation of key messaging and tagline options.
- Assist in updating internal documents with new branding
- Help organize and facilitate staff and volunteer training sessions on new brand usage.
- Assist in creating presentations and materials for internal brand rollout.
- Support the update of internal communications with new branding.
- Contribute to the development of launch timeline and marketing strategy.
- Assist in planning and coordinating launch events or campaigns.
- Help update website, social media profiles, and marketing materials with new branding.
- Support media outreach and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Assist in tracking brand perception through surveys and social media monitoring.
- Help gather and analyze feedback on the new brand from various stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of necessary brand adjustments based on feedback.
- Use surveys and social listening tools to gauge reaction to the rebrand.
- Actively seek input from donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries on the new brand.
- Make necessary adjustments : Be prepared to fine-tune elements of the rebrand based on initial reception
- Conduct regular audits of brand usage across all channels.
- Assist in developing and delivering ongoing brand education for staff and volunteers.
- Help create reports on brand performance and recommend future improvements.
- Continue brand education : Provide ongoing training for new staff and refreshers for existing team members.
