The Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting in ensuring smooth execution across all stages of the investment lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, alternative investment strategies (hedge funds, private equity, real estate, etc.
and operational processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of trades across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, FX, debt, futures, and swaps
- Liaise with brokers, custodians, and fund administrators to ensure smooth trade settlement and resolve any discrepancies.
- Reconcile portfolio positions, cash balances, and trades across internal systems and third-party administrators.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between fund accounting and investment systems.
Profile
- 2-10 years of experience in hedge fund operations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with trade execution, settlement processes, and investment lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced formulas and data analysis tools.
- Experience with portfolio management systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Advent, Eze Software) and order management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
