Seeking Family Law Attorney for Flexible, Contract-Based Position.
Our family law practice is seeking a contract attorney to assist us with providing services to a rapidly growing influx of new clients.
We are a mission-driven law firm that believes that legal services can be delivered in a way that is both affordable for our clients, and profitable for our firm.
We offer various legal solutions that are tailored to the legal needs of our clients, as well as their financial circumstances.
We provide limited scope representation and specific unbundled legal services for aspects of a case where clients need the most help on a fixed fee basis.
We are looking for attorneys that not only have experience in the practice of law, but also see value in our mission and approach to the practice of law, and will therefore be a natural fit to work with our firm.
Required Skills :
- At least 2 years of Family Law experience, either in your own practice or as an associate at another firm
- Excellent written and oral advocacy
- Exceptional client service, and a congenial and collaborative mindset.
- Must also be comfortable with technology as we utilize cloud-based practice management software and technology-based tools in our practice
Compensation :
33% of collected fees that are billed for flat rate or limited scope services. $100-$140 an hour for hourly billing cases, depending on your experience.
