Job Description : Executive Chef
Location : Peoria, IL
Salary Range : $75,000 - $85,000 per year
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Peoria, IL. As the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional dining experiences and maintaining the highest food quality and presentation standards.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the culinary team in menu creation, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation to exceed guest expectations.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards.
Experience and Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in upscale dining establishments.
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor kitchen staff.
- Understanding of food cost control, menu development, and kitchen safety regulations.
