Job Title : Project Manager Excavation and Underground Wet Utilities

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage excavation and underground wet utility projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in excavation, utility installation, and project management.
This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management : Plan, coordinate, and oversee excavation and underground wet utility projects from start to finish, ensuring all phases are executed smoothly.
- Budget & Schedule Management : Develop and manage project budgets and schedules. Monitor expenses and project timelines, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Team Coordination : Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and field staff. Provide clear instructions and support to ensure effective team performance.
- Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes to the project scope.
- Quality Control : Ensure that all work meets industry standards and complies with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Prepare and present project reports as needed.
- Safety Compliance : Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the excavation and underground wet utility industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Understanding of excavation processes, utility installation, and industry regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
