Job Title : Project Manager Excavation and Underground Wet Utilities

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage excavation and underground wet utility projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in excavation, utility installation, and project management.

This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management : Plan, coordinate, and oversee excavation and underground wet utility projects from start to finish, ensuring all phases are executed smoothly.
  • Budget & Schedule Management : Develop and manage project budgets and schedules. Monitor expenses and project timelines, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Team Coordination : Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and field staff. Provide clear instructions and support to ensure effective team performance.
  • Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes to the project scope.
  • Quality Control : Ensure that all work meets industry standards and complies with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Prepare and present project reports as needed.
  • Safety Compliance : Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the excavation and underground wet utility industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Understanding of excavation processes, utility installation, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
