SHIFT
Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the entry and maintenance of Accounts Payable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Creation and maintenance of vendor accounts.
Daily entry of payable documents / vouchers.
Pay freight bills via credit card online.
Assist vendors with phone, fax, and email questions or request for payment.
Release EFT payments and checks.
Maintain spreadsheets for sales returns.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience in accounting or related field.
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures.
- Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computer software programs including word processing, spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge of general mathematical procedures and accounting principles.
EQUIPMENT USED :
Use of computer, copier, fax, scanner, adding machine.
