SHIFT : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the entry and maintenance of Accounts Payable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Creation and maintenance of vendor accounts.
- Daily entry of payable documents / vouchers.
- Pay freight bills via credit card online.
- Assist vendors with phone, fax, and email questions or request for payment.
- Release EFT payments and checks.
- Maintain spreadsheets for sales returns.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience in accounting or related field.
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures.
- Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computer software programs including word processing, spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge of general mathematical procedures and accounting principles.

Use of computer, copier, fax, scanner, adding machine.
