Job Description :
Lead the Student and Young Adult congregation of in Boston, Massachusetts, as the Associate Pastor of Student and Young Adults.
Lighthouse Church is the second-generation, English-speaking congregation of the Arabic Evangelical Baptist Church, a diverse and vibrant community.
Note : Familiarity with the Arabic culture and language is not a requirement for application.)
- Work in an intercultural context to guide youth and young adults in deepening their relationship with God and equipping them to share Christ’s love with others.
- Plan and oversee a balanced ministry, facilitate weekly programs, preach at Sunday services, mentor students, young adults, and leaders, and develop leadership skills.
- Engage in community outreach, create a sense of belonging, coordinate activities, manage administrative tasks, and maintain effective communication within the congregation.
