Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations in a timely manner.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
• Assist with project management tasks by providing research and supporting information.
• Perform various administrative tasks as required, including data entry and maintaining office supplies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
