Seeking a Dynamic HR Director with a proven track record in Operations, Compliance, and Analytics within the Manufacturing industry for a growing national Cabinet Manufacturing company based in South Plain Field, NJ.
This is an On-site role with oversight for HR in 5+ locations in multiple states.
Our client is a large national Cabinet Manufacturer that continues to grow . With some recent changes and growth on the horizon, we are now looking for an HR Director to support operations, manage compliance, and be the strategic voice for the growth to come.
You would be in a unique position to drive, standardize, and roll out HR operations, policies, programs, and growth metrics.

You can rock this position if you have 7 plus years of progressive HR Management and Director level experience, a proven track record of getting things done, are self-motivated, can jump in and handle functional HR needs, and have the drive to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing organization.
We are looking for someone who has multiple location oversight and is well-versed in compliance, unions, and operational procedures.

We are looking for a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP Certification are preferred. Spanish skills are a plus.
