Job Title : Project Architect
Job Description
We are looking for a Project Architect who can run the design and production of a large project. The Project Architect will be responsible for working with the team to develop Construction Documents, attend client meetings, and coordinate with consultants.
This role involves supporting a full gut renovation and addition of five stories to a 100,000 square foot hotel in Midtown Manhattan.
The project is expected to be in Construction Documents for six months and Construction Administration for 12 months. The Project Architect will be responsible for producing Construction Documents in Revit.
This person needs to be able to communicate well, understand how to put a building together, and can take initiative on the project.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in New York, New York.
Work Environment
Hours and Days : Monday through Friday, 9am-5 / 6pm. Work Schedule : In office 5 days a week, flexible to WFH if needed for a specific circumstance.
Consultant should not expect to work a lot of overtime. Work Setting : Primarily office work with occasional site visits and client meetings in NYC.
Dress Code : Business Casual. Team Size : Average project will consist of 3 people with oversight from principal. Culture : Collaborative studio environment.
