The VP of Product Hardware will lead and manage our global hardware product team within the gaming industry, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative gaming products.

What You'll Do

  • Scale, build, and execute long-term strategic planning for the Global Hardware Product portfolio.
  • Scale, build, and execute development planning for new hardware and cabinet growth / replacement strategies.
  • Effectively partner with Business Analytics and Insights to drive data and insight-driven decision-making that optimizes performance across the portfolio.
  • Know the land-based slot market, customer insights, trends, opportunities, and challenges and translate this information into actionable execution plans.
  • Lead the team to build annual product planning requirements and proactively consume and share information across the enterprise stakeholders.
  • Effectively partner with game studios to ensure product development planning is considered in commercial strategy development, timeline, and market opportunities.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment in product segmentation, market, and customer opportunities.
  • Lead internal executive presentations and position papers and represent Aristocrat Gaming during customer engagement events and / or initiatives.
  • Be a key contributor to critical business decisions, including launch timing, S&OP, pricing, and other leadership forums across the enterprise.
  • Manage business case development for hardware product investment decisions to ensure the best business outcome for Aristocrat Gaming and the enterprise.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in the casino gaming industry or related regulatory environment, hardware product knowledge, and 7 years in a leadership capacity within slot gaming is preferred.
  • Global expertise is preferred within the casino gaming industry.
  • Expertise in partnering with 3rd party Industrial design firms and managing vendor relationships.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing hardware development projects from concept to market.
  • Expertise in hardware design, product development, and testing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the casino market, gaming trends, and product development process.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making, problem-solving, and opportunity assessments.
  • Ability to develop and communicate executive-level presentations and position papers.
  • Ability to set direction and flawlessly execute within timelines and budgets.
  • Effective resource allocation, prioritization, and measurement of key initiatives.
  • Lead, teach, and coach a high-functioning team.
  • Willingness and ability to globally travel up to 20% of the time.

$262,500-$487,500

Salary

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
