Job Description :
- Responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements for multiple properties
- Month end, journal entries
- Account reconciliation
- Accruals, amortization, prepaids
- GST / QST reports
- Lease administration
- Prepare of year-end audit files
Job Requirements :
- DEC or Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
