Description : The Sales Representative will develop and execute sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
They will be driving new product sales through the Splan Partner Channel. Responsibilities : Driving new product sales through our Channel Partner Program.
Identifying and evaluating the client’s needs through a consultative sales process.Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
Generating 20-30 direct customer meetings per month through different sources including Partner leads, inside sales leads, web leads, etc.
Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from the competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition.
Working with Splan Channel Partners in order to maintain and expand business within assigned territory.Working with Splan Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and awareness.
Supporting channel planning process and forecasting for assigned territory.Documenting forecast, plans, activities and potential opportunities accurately in the CRM system.
Territory (subject to change) : Southern California Desired Profile : Proven working experience in security product sales.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Enterprise Electronic Security Industry experience preferred.
