Jared Young, Field Director :

• How long with NM? 3 years.
• Previous experience? Owned a business development and marketing consulting company, helping CEOs align their company’s vision and mission with their audience’s experience.
• Passionate about outside of work? Jared is very faith and family focused, enjoys golfing, hiking, trail running, and going to the gym.

He’s also a huge advocate for black coffee and spends weekend mornings exploring different coffee spots.

Aaron Pickett, Growth and Development Director :

• Previous experience? Worked in sales and marketing for Hilton Grand Vacations for 15 years, focusing on owner updates and selling mini vacation packages.
• Passionate about outside of work? Aaron loves to travel, create good vibes, cook, entertain, meet new people, and spend time with family.

Position Overview :

As an Insurance Consultant you will play a critical role in helping clients secure their financial futures through comprehensive insurance solutions.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Client Assessment : Evaluate clients' financial needs and goals to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Customized Solutions : Develop personalized insurance plans that align with clients' long-term financial strategies.
• Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support and advice as their needs evolve.
• Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest insurance products and industry trends to provide clients with the best options available.
• Compliance and Ethics : Ensure all recommendations and sales comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Earnings Potential within our Network :

• Low End : $75K in the first year.
• High End : $115K+ in the first year.

Long-Term Earnings Potential :

• Average of Career Advisors (5+ years) : $450K annually.
• Top 25% : $1M annually.

Top 10% : $2M annually.
