Overview : Operational Oversight & Leadership : Manage 2030 physician practices, ensuring Office Managers meet expectations and practices operate efficiently, including billing, budgeting, and facility coordination. Physician Engagement & Communication : Maintain regular communication with physicians regarding financial performance, compensation, and contract terms; support new practices and coordinate marketing efforts. Billing & Financial Coordination : Collaborate with Physician Billing and Finance teams to monitor billing metrics, resolve A / R issues, and ensure effective business office processes and training. Strategic Projects & Compliance : Lead enterprise-wide initiatives (e.g., Epic PM, malpractice programs, Lean design), ensure policy compliance, and recommend improvements across practices. Team Development & Transition Management : Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, provide training, and lead transitions such as acquisitions, relocations, and start-ups in collaboration with Mercy departments. Qualifications : Education : Requires Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration field, Health Care, or equivalent experience. Experience : Requires five to seven (5-7) years previous experience in areas of physician practice operations. Previous supervisory experience required. Preferred Education : Graduate Degree preferred.
