As an Account Executive for Kids / Tween market, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and build retail buyer relationships.

You will leverage your proven track record to represent our growing business and drive sales.

Key qualifications for this role include :

1. Strong retail buyer relationships within the Kids / Tween markets : You should have established connections with buyers across various distribution channels including chain, club, discount, etc.

2. Ability to negotiate private label and branded businesses : crucial in driving revenue growth for our business.

3. Cross-functional collaboration : You will work closely with multiple departments, such as customer service, production / development, and design.

Strong communication skills are essential to effectively coordinate efforts across teams.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills : As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building rapport with clients through effective communication both verbally and in writing.

5. Hybrid schedule : This position offers flexibility with a mix of on-site work (3-5 days) combined with remote work options.

6. Competitive compensation package : The salary range is open based on your existing relationships but starts at $130k+ base salary plus commission structure.
