They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join their elite team and contribute to the success of high-profile, high-rise residential projects.

Role Overview :

As a Senior Estimator , you will play a critical role in the pre-construction and planning phases for ultra-luxury high-rise residential developments.

This position requires deep expertise in high-end, large-scale construction, as you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for ultra-luxury high-rise residential projects, focusing on structure, finishes, and luxury materials.
• Collaborate with project executives, architects, and contractors to evaluate construction drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Analyze subcontractor bids and vendor pricing to ensure the most competitive and accurate estimates.
• Prepare value engineering options and solutions to optimize project budgets without compromising quality or design.
• Oversee the bidding process, including soliciting and analyzing proposals from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide thorough cost analysis, including quantity take-offs, cost breakdowns, and contingency recommendations.
• Ensure estimates are aligned with the client’s high-end, ultra-luxury standards and requirements.
• Assist in negotiating pricing with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring best-in-class pricing for Tier 1 luxury projects.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings, providing input on schedules, budgets, and constructability.
• Maintain a database of historical costs and pricing trends to improve accuracy in future estimates.

Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience as an Estimator, preferably with a focus on high-rise residential and / or luxury developments.
• Deep understanding of the high-end residential market, materials, and construction techniques.
• Strong background in cost estimating for large-scale projects, with a proven ability to prepare detailed and accurate estimates for high-rise structures.
• Proficient in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation skills with a strong network of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Tier 1 or ultra-luxury construction is a significant advantage.
