Job Title : Payroll Manager
Location & (on-site, remote, hybrid) : City of Industry- 100% On site
Pay Rate Range : up to $140K
Schedule : M-F 8am-5pm
Type : direct hire
Duties :
- Processing payroll for up to 275 Employees, and 5 Union employees
- Process and audit timecards.
- Download GL, W02, and P03 reports.
- Backup for Cash receipts processing
- Status changes for payroll
- Verify all overtime hours with appropriate management personnel prior to inputting payroll.
Requirements :
- ADP MUST and ADP Workforce NOW must advanced (trainer would be great)
- Concur is a MUST
- Multi-state is a must
- Compliance Laws, Employment Law, Wage Laws is a must
Job costing is a must / Prevailing Wage
JD Edwards is a plus
Degree is a plus
