Project Manager - Tallahassee

This is a hybrid role (Associate Consultant or Consultant level; not eligible for 100% remote) based out of Tallahassee, Florida.

Our team in Florida is looking for a Tallahassee based Project Manager to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities, and other dependencies across all projects
• Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams providing transformational solutions to clients
• Ensure that project deliverables can be integrated to become the overall result (product, service) and are fit to deliver the expected benefits
• Maintain the client relationship and keep the client and stakeholders engaged in the project (ie : status reporting, issues management, and risk management)
• Support the development of internal processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing

What You'll Bring

• 10 years of project or product management experience, previous consulting experience is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Deep knowledge in all phases of the technology project lifecycle including the identification of the business problem, business case, and project plan development through project management, financial management and closeout
• An ability to identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
