- Experience conducting employee onboarding and exit interviews (to remind new and existing employees of their confidentiality obligations).
- Advise the business on general IP matters / questions.
- Draft permission letters for copyrighted materials or rights of publicity related to speaking engagements and assist with pre-litigation disputes, such as sending demand letters, assisting with DMCA takedowns, defending software audits, etc.
- Must have excellent writing and advocacy skills and superior negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Bar membership is preferred (any jurisdiction).
