Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Patent Litigation
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-level pharmaceutical patent litigator for its Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Washington, DC, Houston, Los Angeles, Boston, or Redwood City offices.
The salary for this position starts at $260,000+.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in life science or pharmaceutical patent litigation, which includes Hatch Waxman litigation and disputes counseling.
- An undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry or other pharmaceutical related degrees.
- USPTO registration is preferred or ability to qualify .
- JD from accredited law school is required.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong client-interfacing skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
